Haverford Homes shall have the right at any time to change or modify these Terms.  Haverford Homes shall post a notice on the Site for a reasonable period of time with respect to any material update to these Terms.  Any use of this Site by User after the posting of such notice shall be deemed acceptance by User of such changes or modifications.

Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this Site.  No waiver by Haverford Homes of any right under these Terms will be deemed to be either a waiver of any other right or provision or a waiver of that same right or provision at any other time.  Failure to insist on strict performance of any of these Terms will not operate as a waiver of any subsequent default or failure of performance.  If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and the liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most clearly matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect.
